MASSAGE
Sports/Swedish Massage

1 hr full body £30.00 or 30 min back and shoulders £20.00. It involves an invigorating massage using deep tissue massage, helps to release tight muscles and induce profound relaxation.

THAI MASSAGE
50 mins £28.00
(wat pho technique learnt in thailand)

A blend of yoga, acupressure and reflexology, improves posture, relaxes muscles tendons and joints, resulting in a fabulous sense of wellbeing and a marked increase in energy levels

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
50 mins £28.00

Treating the reflex points of the feet has a positive effect on the whole body. This is an extremely relaxing treatment.

FACIAL
1 hr treatment £30.00

A thorough cleansing and exfoliation of the face. Next is a face, neck and shoulder massage using aromatherapy oils to improve lymph drainage and skin function, relaxes facial and neck muscles, followed by face masque and moisturiser.
