Luxuriously appointed and guaranteed to satisfy the most discerning tastes it is a 3 bedroomed, two story house situated literally a stones throw from the beautiful and dramatic Northumbrian coastline.

The feature room of the house is the upstairs living room which has a maple wood floor and floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the breathtaking, panoramic views from Coquet Island in the South right round to Dunstanburgh Castle, just a short walk to the North. There is also a South facing balcony accessed directly from the room so that you can make the most of this fantastic sea view.

On the ground floor you will find a large brand new sheraton kitchen with granite work tops. It has a beautiful maple wood floor with underfloor heating, a large range stove oven and american style fridge freezer. There is also a dining table with six chairs and fantastic sea views from kitchen windows. Patio doors leading into garden frame the view to the south perfectly.

The ground floor living room has a beautiful, welcoming real log stove fire, breathtaking views along the dramatic coastline, and also a sun porch over looking the sea.

Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom and a shower room/toilet with underfloor heating.

Upstairs has a master bedroom over looking the sea with en suite including shower and underfloor heating.

A further bedroom has two single beds making the property that much more versatile in it's accommodation for families & friends.

The main bathroom has a walk in power shower, jacuzzi bath and underfloor heating.

The house has full central heating, all bedding and towels are included, a cot and highchair are available on request. Please note though that cot bedding is not supplied.
